Kayak / run duathlon series - race 1 (Porirua Duathlon) - 20th June 2010

Just a reminder that the first in the Mana series of kayak / run duathlon's is coming up on Sunday June 20. These events are designed to be achievable by anyone yet still provide a good off season hit out for the hardened racer.

The first race on June 20 will include a kayak leg (10km approx) on Porirua harbour with a run (8km approx) that takes competitors into Whitireia park.

8.00am                    Registration opens
8.45am                    Registration closes
8.45am                    Race briefing
9.00am                    Race start
10.30am (approx.)   First finishers complete the course

Entry fees: Entry is on the day. Free for Mana members, $5 for non-members.

Where:    Mana Kayak Clubrooms, Onepoto Rd, Titahi Bay.
